What is driving the strong commercial market?
Job growth. Atlanta has exceeded projections for job growth year after year. With so many job opportunities and more to come, Atlanta is attracting a lot of new residents.
People want to live intown. Whether it’s to be near amenities or to avoid long commutes sitting in traffic, the current trend is that people want to live in the heart of the city. That is creating a growing need for more housing, restaurants, and entertainment.
Sean also shared some information about GlenCastle, Urban Realty Partners’ latest project in Grant Park. Located just a block off the Beltline, this former Atlanta prison will be reborn as creative office space. Be on the lookout for more information soon!
