The Beginning
It started with a license and a hunch.
Justin Landis got his real estate license in 2003 to try his hand at flipping homes. What began as a side venture quickly became something much larger. By 2008, Justin had decided to step into the real estate business full-time — representing his friends and family as their trusted advisor through some of the most important decisions of their lives.
The early days were a proving ground. In his first year as a full-time agent, Justin earned top 10 status at his brokerage. That trend continued for the next five years. Year after year, his sales grew, his client list expanded, and his approach to real estate — patient, educational, deeply relational — earned him a reputation that spread by word of mouth across Atlanta.

Going Full-Time
In the middle of one of the most challenging real estate climates in modern history, Justin transitions to representing buyers and sellers full-time. His first year as a full-time agent earns him top 10 status at his brokerage — a glimpse of what was to come.

The Justin Landis Group is Born
After five consecutive years of sales growth, Justin officially launches his own team — The Justin Landis Group — at the beginning of 2013. The mission is simple: deliver the same level of relational service Justin had become known for, scaled across a team of like-minded advisors.
JLG ranks #2 in production at the brokerage in its very first year of operation.

After years of explosive growth, JLG becomes the #1 ranked real estate team in the Southeast — and rather than slow down, we decide to build something the industry hadn't seen before. We launch Bolst Real Estate, our own purpose-based brokerage built to work alongside other Metro Atlanta agents toward a shared mission of Housing For Everyone.
