An Elkmont, Alabama native, Roy attended the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science in Mobile. He spent two semesters in Seville and Madrid, Spain before graduating from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Journalism. He relocated to Atlanta to partake in the growing city’s unique culture, diverse gastronomy, and proximity to nature.
Roy advanced his investigative, analytical, and interpersonal skills as a former reporter at the Los Angeles Business Journal and anchor for Annenberg TV News. His background in journalism allows for diligent market research and effective, reliable client communication.
During his free time, Roy loves exercising, roller skating, attending dinner parties, and watching documentaries. He enjoys trying new restaurants and bars in Midtown, his favorite Atlanta neighborhood. An avid traveler, Roy has visited China, France, Morocco, Israel, and Switzerland in recent years and never misses an opportunity to visit a new country.
