Kristin Coleman
REALTOR
Kristin Coleman helps buyers and sellers across metro Atlanta make real estate decisions grounded in real numbers rather than guesswork. A Georgia-licensed REALTOR®, she holds both the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designations, meaning she has trained specifically in the distinct demands of each side of a transaction instead of treating them as the same job.
Kristin and her husband Andrew own a residential remodeling company, which gives her a working contractor's read on a property. She can walk a seller through which pre-listing improvements will actually return at closing and which are money spent on nothing. She can tell a buyer standing in a dated kitchen what the renovation realistically costs and how long it takes. Most agents estimate. Kristin knows what the trades charge, because she employs them.
She is also a natural fit for clients relocating to Atlanta from out of state, because she has done it herself. Kristin grew up in Southern California, moved with her family to Oregon as a teenager, and later planted her roots in Georgia. She understands what it means to evaluate a market you have never lived in: how commute times actually feel, how school districts and neighborhoods differ block to block, and how much of a relocation decision gets made from photographs and phone calls. Out-of-state buyers get an agent who has been on their side of that process.
That business instinct was built early. Kristin comes from a family of business owners. Her father ran a commercial contracting company, her mother a chiropractic and sports medicine practice, and the family later relocated to Oregon to build a winery. She learned the sales process, client service, and the ethics of running an honest business from the inside of three of them.
When she isn't working with clients, Kristin is at home with her family and two goldendoodles, on the tennis court or a yoga mat, in the kitchen, or visiting family in Oregon and Maui.
