Karli attended Middle Tennessee State University where she pursued a combined passion for health/fitness and recruiting. As the HR & Onboarding Partner with The Justin Landis Group, Karli’s top priority is creating a positive new agent experience to fulfill big-picture needs.

When she isn’t helping find talent for JLG, you can find Karli eating at a Mexican restaurant, getting injured at a CrossFit gym, or traveling with her husband and their Alaskan-rescued pup.
