With a 7-year career in corporate marketing, combined with her experience as a part-time agent, Kandance successfully transitioned into full-time real estate, bringing a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Kandance is a lover of all things coffee and enjoys exploring new coffee shops in Atlanta, trying new restaurants, and attending sports games and concerts.
