Jarrod earned his real estate license as a sophomore in college and joined Keller Williams Realty with Team Rich Richardson as a summer intern while pursuing a degree in Management. After graduating from Georgia Tech in the fall of 2009, he joined the team full time and specifically worked alongside Justin Landis where he focused on first time home buyers, enhanced his knowledge of neighborhoods—both intown and throughout Metro Atlanta—and worked closely with investors. 

After a year in Savannah, Georgia working at the Heather Murphy Group, he came back to the Justin Landis Group in 2014 in the role of Lead Buyers Agent. Jarrod averaged over 40 buyer side transactions per year while he held that role over a four year period - in addition to training, coaching, and developing the buyers agents on the team. 

In 2019, as JLG continued to grow, Jarrod stepped into a leadership role full time - focused not only on Sales, but adding the management of the Operations and Inside Sales department. In the years since, that has expanded to include the management of the Marketing department, Human Resources, and Recruiting. 

In 2021, Jarrod was among the founding partners of Bolst Real Estate, founded as the new brokerage home for JLG along with several other high producing teams in the Atlanta market. In the years since, Bolst has grown to include two locations and over 300 total agents - including fellow teams and individual agents. In 2024, after only three years in existence, Bolst was recognized by Real Trends as a Top 100 independent brokerage nationwide. 

Since joining Bolst, JLG has continued it’s dominance as evidenced by having the most 5 star reviews in Metro Atlanta. 

Jarrod is an Atlanta area native and lives in Grant Park with his wife Cherise, their three children, and their dog George. In addition to spending his free time with his family, he enjoys golf, hiking, coaching youth sports, and road tripping with his family and camper in tow.
