Originally from Tennessee, Chanel Trice Madonna earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clark Atlanta University, where Atlanta first became home. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her residency at One Brooklyn Health in Brooklyn, New York. After practicing dentistry for five years, Chanel realized that true fulfillment for her is rooted in a deep commitment to family, community, and long-term impact.

Real estate allows Chanel to align her passion for service with her belief in self-investment and legacy-building. She is deeply committed to educating and guiding her clients as they build stability, ownership, and generational wealth through intentional real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Chanel is a wife and mother who enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, hiking, volleyball, and exploring vegan culinary experiences. These passions keep her grounded and connected to the life she works hard to create.

After living in Atlanta during her undergraduate years, Chanel always knew she would return. Today, she is proud to serve the city that shaped her, bringing integrity, education, and heart to every client relationship.
