Building Dreams and Ending Homelessness:
Justin Landis Group's 90 in 90 Initiative
At the Justin Landis Group, our mission is simple: everyone deserves a dream home. Over the years, we've been privileged to assist thousands of clients in realizing their unique dreams, from empty-nesters seeking a cozier space to young families yearning for room to grow. Our commitment goes beyond individual dreams; it extends to our city's most vulnerable. More than 7,000 of our Atlanta neighbors wake up each morning with a simple hope – to find a safe and secure place to call home.
A Mission to Make a Difference
Believing that everyone deserves their dream home, we proudly partner with the Atlanta Mission in their fight to end homelessness. As part of this partnership, we've crafted an initiative called "90 in 90." Over the next three months, our dedicated team will work towards the dual goal of assisting families in selling their homes while raising funds to support the Atlanta Mission in transforming the lives of people experiencing homelessness.
A Growing Impact
Our inaugural campaign in the spring of 2018, named 90 in 90, set the foundation for success. That year, we raised $90,000, and the Atlanta Mission leveraged that pledge as a match campaign, bringing in an additional $180,000! Since then, our initiative has flourished, with almost $1,000,000 raised over the past six years. We are eagerly anticipating the impact we can make this year.
This Year's Strategy
To reach our ambitious goal for this year, we have devised a comprehensive plan:
Listing Transactions Donation: The Justin Landis Group will donate a percentage of each listing transaction between March 1st and May 31st.
Agent Contributions: Our dedicated agents will make personal donations from their commissions over the next three months.
Staff Commitments: Our staff members have committed to monthly donations through the end of the year.
Vendor Partnerships: We have teamed up with various vendor partners – lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and more – who share our commitment and plan to contribute alongside us.
Community Contributions: We'll also rely on individual contributions and the support of our friends and family.
